数字化为学校带来了什么--基于上海市教育信息化应用标杆培育校的案例分析

摘  要:随着基础教育数字化转型的不断推进,其实践成效成为社会各界关注的核心问题。基于此,该文构建了包含4个一级节点、21个二级节点的编码框架,以上海市教育信息化应用标杆培育校的案例为材料,结合大语言模型辅助编码、分析并对比了教育数字化转型对于学生、教师、课程、学校四个主体的影响,以及在小学、初中、高中学段的差异。研究发现,教育数字化转型对学校的影响体现在:学生的学习动机、学习体验、学习效率和学业成就有所提升,教师的教学效率、数字素养及基于数据的精准教学能力得到增强,课程资源建设和实施的数字化程度不断提高,学校管理机制与基础设施建设持续优化。同时,教育数字化转型存在对课程评估和教师积极性的关注不足等潜在问题。未来,需要进一步发挥数据的驱动作用、重视评价的导向作用、探索技术的赋能作用,以推动基础教育数字化转型的长效发展。As the digital transformation of basic education continues to advance,its practical effectiveness has become a core concern across society.This study constructs a coding framework comprising 4 primary nodes and 21 secondary nodes.Using case materials from benchmark schools educational informatization Cultivation Schools in Shanghai,the study employs a large language model to assist in coding,analyze,and compare the impacts of educational digitization transformation on students,teachers,curriculum,and schools across primary,middle,and high school stages.The research finds that educational digitization transformation enhances student motivation,learning experience,efficiency,and academic achievement.It also boosts teachers’teaching efficiency,digital literacy,and data-driven precision teaching capabilities.Furthermore,it notes continuous improvement in the digitization of curriculum resource development and implementation,alongside ongoing optimization of school management mechanisms and infrastructure.Primary and high school stages emphasize school-level management optimization,while the middle school stage focuses on the development of teachers and students.However,challenges such as inadequate attention to curriculum assessment and teacher motivation in the context of educational digitization transformation remain.Future efforts should leverage data-driven initiatives,prioritize assessment-guided approaches,and explore the empowering role of technology to sustain the long-term development of basic educational digitization transformation.
