摘　　要：新商科背景下,传统金融学专业教育普遍存在与学科前沿、社会需求和学生个性化需求脱节,国际化视野缺乏等结构性短板。在中外合作办学机构基础上构建以学术科研和商业实践为双维方向、以竞赛和实操为双维机制、中西元素结合的创新平台矩阵,能够有效实现全要素参与下的产学研融合,激发师生创造力,对培育社会发展所需的全球型、复合型创新人才具有重要的现实意义。In the context of the new business studies,there are comprehensive structural shortcomings in the education of traditional finance majors,such as being disconnected from the forefront of disciplines,social needs and students'individual demand,and lack of international vision.On the basis of Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions,constructing an innovative platform matrix with academic research and business practice as the dual dimensions,contests and practical operations as the dual dimensions mechanism,and the combination of Chinese and Western elements can effectively achieve the integration of industry,academia,and research under the participation of all elements,stimulate the creativity of teachers and students.It also has important practical significance for cultivating global and composite innovative talents required for social development.
