摘　　要：多学科交叉融合打破高校学科边界,成为高等教育发展的必然趋势。该研究针对高等农业院校中较为特殊的生物科学专业特质与存在的问题,探索和实践多学科交叉融合的农业生物学“6C”人才培养模式。通过方案统筹交叉联动,构建分类培养体系;学科专业交叉协同,创建跨界培养机制;师资队伍交叉共享,打造一流教师团队;课程模块交叉衔接,重塑精品课程体系;实践平台交叉磨合,锤炼创新实践技能;过程结果交叉融汇,创新考核评价体系,多措并举整体提升农业生物学人才的培养质量。The interdisciplinary integration has broken the boundaries of multiple disciplines in universities and become an inevitable trend in the development of higher education.This study aims to explore and practice the"6C"talent training model for agricultural biology,which integrates multiple disciplines,in response to the characteristics and existing problems of the relatively special biological science major in higher agricultural universities.Through program coordination and crossover linkage,a classified training system is constructed.We create a cross-border training mechanism through interdisciplinary collaboration between disciplines and majors.Cross-sharing of teaching staff can create a first-class teaching team.Crossover of course modules can reshape the high-quality course system.By crossover of practice platform,wehone innovative practical skills.Crossover of process and results brings us to innovate assessment and evaluation system,thus multiple measures have comprehensively improved the quality of agricultural biology talent cultivation.
