摘　　要：数学教育硕士专业学位研究生的实践能力培养非常重要,而产教融合是重要而有效的培养途径。该文在产教融合背景下,贯彻研究性与应用性并重的培养理念,基于ARCS动机模型构建研究生自我管理的教学基本技能培训常态化运行机制,探讨产出导向的理论课程教学改革,探索“理论为魂”的实践教学改革,强化理论与实践的融合,从而提升数学教育研究生的实践能力。It is very important to train the practical ability of professional master degree graduate students in mathematics education,and integration of output and education is a key and efficient cultivating path.In this paper,based on integration of output and education,we carry out the cultivating concept of attaching equal importance to research ability and practical ability.By using ARCS Motivating Model,we construct normal operation mechanism of training students'basic teaching skills,which is managed by graduate students themselves.We explore output-oriented theory curriculum teaching reformand practice teaching reform under the guidance of education theory.By the above methods,we strengthen the integration of theory and practice and thus enhance the practical ability of mathematics education graduate students.
