摘  要:基于OBE理念构建教师教育课程体系已成为师范院校课程改革的重要方向.阐述了OBE理念的内涵,分析了教师教育课程体系存在的问题,包括课程目标不明确、课程结构缺乏系统整合、课程实施方法传统、课程评价方式单一等.针对存在的问题,给出基于OBE理念的教师教育课程体系建构路径,包括确定清晰明确的课程目标、构建模块化课程结构、创新课程实施方法、健全课程评价体系.这些路径的提出有利于培养出符合新时代教育要求的高素质教师队伍,推动教育事业的高质量发展,也为教师教育课程改革提供有益的参考和借鉴.The construction of teacher education curriculum system based on OBE concept has become an important direction of curriculum reform in normal colleges.This paper expounded the connotation of OBE concept and analyzed the problems existing in the curriculum system of teacher education,including unclear curriculum objectives,lack of systematic integration of curriculum structure,traditional curriculum implementation methods,and single curriculum evaluation method.In view of the existing problems,this paper proposed the construction ways of teacher education curriculum system based on OBE concept,including determining clear and explicit curriculum objectives,constructing modular curriculum structure,innovating curriculum implementation methods,and improving curriculum evaluation system.The proposal of these ways is conducive to cultivating a team of highquality teachers who meet the requirements of education in the new era,promoting the high-quality development of education,and providing useful reference for teacher education curriculum reform.
