基于“岗课赛证”相融合的市场营销专业课程教学模式探索

摘  要:为适应职业教育的发展要求,探究“岗课赛证”相融合的专业课程教学模式已成为高职教育改革的主要方向之一。基于“岗课赛证”相融合的专业课程教学模式主要是通过构建“岗课相接、课证相融、课赛相辅、赛证相通、岗赛结合”,实现高职院校专业学科体系、职业工作岗位任务及其技能的完美对接。以高职院校市场营销专业课程为例,阐述和分析“岗课赛证”相融合的教学模式在实施过程中遇到的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。It has become one of the main trends of the reform in higher vocational education to explore the teaching mode of integration of“position, course, competition and certificate”to adapt to the development of vocational education. The teaching mode of professional courses based on the integration of“position, course, competition and certificate”is to realize the perfect docking of professional discipline system, vocational job tasks and skills in higher vocational colleges mainly by constructing the“course and position connection, course and certificate integration, course and competition supplement, competition and certificate interconnecting, and position and competition combination”. Taking the courses of marketing major in higher vocational colleges as an example, this paper explains and analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of the teaching mode of the integration of“position, course, competition and certificate”, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
