摘  要:为了培养具有食疗相关知识的专业人才,一些医学营养专业在人才培养方案中加入药膳与食疗课程,但目前开设该课程的院校相对较少。在课程教学过程中,大多院校仍沿用传统的教学方式,主要以教师理论授课为主,学生课堂参与度不高。在实践教学的基础上,将“OBE+CDIO”理念融入教学,改革课程的教学模式和考核方式,培养真正适合医学营养专业的技能型人才。Medicated Diet and Food Therapy course is added to the personnel training program in the medical nutrition major in some colleges to cultivate professionals with knowledge related to food therapy, which is currently offered by relatively few colleges. In the classroom teaching, the traditional teaching methods are used in most of colleges, mainly based on teachers' theoretical teaching and students' little participation in classroom teaching. It is necessary to reform the teaching mode and the assessment method by integrating the educational concept of“OBE + CDIO”into the teaching on the basis of practical teaching so as to cultivate the skilled talents truly suitable for the medical nutrition major.
