摘 要:对高校思想政治教育者与教育对象交往关系和主体性规律的认识,是高校思想政治教育提升针对性、实效性和感染力的重要渠道和手段。新时期,高校思想政治教育工作面临一系列风险挑战和教育瓶颈,启动高校思想政治教育质量提升工程,抬升教育对象的主体性地位,增强对教育对象发展性需求和主体能力的科学解读,有助于深化教育认识,科学推进教育工作朝更科学、专业、高效的方向发展。因此,本文尝试从教育者与教育对象二者的交往关系入手,探究教育对象和教育者的参与有效性,并系统分析了教育教学过程中交往关系的存在特征、现实阻碍及改进策略,期望在教育对象需要的基础上,帮助其形成正确的学习观和价值观。Understanding the Interaction and subjectivity dynamics between educators and educatees in ideological and political education in universities and the laws of subjectivity is an important channel and means for enhancing the pertinence,effectiveness,and infectiousness of ideological and political education in universities.In the new era,the ideological and political education work in universities is facing a series of risks,challenges,and educational bottlenecks.Launching the project to improve the quality of ideological and political education in universities,elevating the subject status of educational objects,enhancing the scientific interpretation of the developmental needs and subject abilities of educational objects,can help deepen educational understanding,and scientifically promote the development of education work towards a more scientific,professional,and efficient direction.Therefore,this study attempts to explore the effectiveness of the participation of educators and learners by starting from the relationship between educators and learners,and systematically analyze the characteristics,practical obstacles,and improvement strategies of the relationship in the process of education and teaching.It is expected to help learners form correct learning and value systems based on their needs.
