摘  要:文章以南充职业技术学院民族表演艺术(木偶制作)专业教改实践为例,旨在探索如何在应用型高职院校中培养能够有效传承与发展地方非物质文化遗产的应用型人才。本研究聚焦于人才培养模式的改革与建设,通过创新教育路径、优化课程设置、改进教学方法等措施,构建了一套适应地方非遗文化传承与创新需求的人才培养模式。研究结果表明,该模式有效提升了学生的文化自信、创新实践能力及文化传播能力,为地方文化事业的发展培养了一批高素质的应用型非遗人才。This paper takes the educational reform practice of the Ethnic Performing Arts(Puppet Making)major at Nanchong Vocational and Technical College as an example,aiming to explore how to cultivate applied talents in vocational colleges who can effectively inherit and develop local intangible cultural heritage.The study focuses on the reform and construction of talent training models,and by innovating educational paths,optimizing curriculum settings,and improving teaching methods,a talent training model has been established to meet the needs of local intangible cultural heritage inheritance and innovation.The research results show that this model has effectively enhanced students’cultural confidence,innovative practice ability,and cultural dissemination ability,cultivating a group of high-quality applied talents for the development of local cultural affairs.
