摘　　要：地方本科院校毕业生的就业质量关乎地方高等教育的效果和社会效益。为了提升毕业生的就业质量,基于层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)在分析了地方本科院校毕业生就业面临的挑战和问题基础上,构建了包括毕业生就业率、岗位匹配度、薪酬水平、就业稳定性等方面的评价指标体系;利用AHP对指标进行了权重分配和综合评价,并提出了相关改进建议。旨在为地方本科院校提升教育质量、改善毕业生就业质量提供科学依据和实践指导。The employment quality of local college graduates is related to the effect of regional higher education and social benefits.To improve the employment quality of graduates,based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),this paper analyzes the challenges and problems faced by graduates in local universities.The evaluation index system including graduate employment rate,job matching degree,salary level and employment stability is constructed,and the weight allocation and comprehensive evaluation of indicators are carried out by the AHP method,and relevant improvement suggestions are put forward.This study aims to provide a scientific basis and practical guidance for local undergraduate colleges to improve the quality of education and employment of graduates.
