摘  要:针对四开关Buck-Boost变换器模式间切换不平滑和负载突变时输出电压波动过大的问题,提出一种含负载前馈补偿的广义预测控制策略。基于开关网络平均模型法建立了变换器多模式下统一数学模型;采用广义预测控制得到变换器多模式下的统一预测模型;引入基于预测模型的负载前馈补偿,降低了负载突变对输出电压的影响,通过分析中间模式占空比取值对直接功率传输占比和电感电流脉动的影响,定义变换器在不同工作模式下的区间。在实验室搭建基于氮化镓的实验样机进行实验,结果表明:系统负载突增时,输出电压无明显波动;系统模式切换时,输出电压波动可有效抑制在0.5 V以内,调节时间在2.3 ms以内。The four-switch Buck-Boost converter with multi-mode operation is suitable for a wide input voltage range.To address the uneven switching between modes of the four-switch Buck-Boost converter and excessive output voltage fluctuations when the load abruptly changes,we propose a generalized predictive control strategy with load feedforward compensation.First,based on the switching network average model method,a unified mathematical model of multi-mode converter is built.Then,the generalized predictive control is employed to obtain a multi-mode unified prediction model of transformer.Next,the load feedforward compensation based on the prediction model is introduced to reduce the impact of load mutation on the output voltage.Meanwhile,by analyzing the influence of the duty cycle of the intermediate mode on the proportion of direct power transmission and the current ripple of the inductor,the interval of the converter in different working modes is defined.Finally,an experimental prototype based on gallium nitride is set up in the laboratory for experimental verification.Our results show the output voltage of the system does not fluctuate significantly when the load bursts.The output voltage fluctuation is effectively suppressed within 0.5 V and the adjustment time within 2.3 ms when the system mode is switched.
