摘 要:高职院校作为技术技能人才培养的主阵地,为产业转型升级和经济社会高质量发展提供强有力的人才支撑和智力支持。行业产教融合共同体为高技能人才培养提供了系统化的支撑平台,但在实践中仍面临如保障运行机制不完善、校企合作不紧密、产教融合不深入以及师资队伍建设不足等诸多挑战。文章基于高技能人才的核心特征与培养意义,深入剖析了行业产教融合共同体在人才培养中的关键作用与现存问题。针对这些问题,文章提出了完善共同体成员单位互利共赢机制,增强校企合作的内生动力;制定保障配套政策,规范共同体的运行机制,确保其有序发展;推动共同体成员单位联合开发教育教学资源,优化课程体系与实践教学环节;打造高水平教育教学师资队伍,提升教师的实践能力和教学水平等路径,以推动职业教育高质量发展,助力产业转型升级,促进经济社会高质量发展。As the main battlefield for cultivating technical and skilled talents,vocational colleges provide strong intellectual support for industrial transformation and upgrading,as well as high-quality economic and social growth.Currently,industryeducation integration community serves as a platform for the cultivation of highly skilled talents,but still faces multiple challenges in practice,such as imperfect guarantee mechanism,loose cooperation between schools and enterprises,insufficient industryeducation integration and shortage of teaching staff.On the basis of elaborating on the core features and significance of highly skilled talents,the key role and existing problems of the industry-education integration community in talent cultivation was discussed.In response to these issues,the thesis proposes to improve the mutual benefit and win-win mechanism among community members,and enhance the endogenous driving force of school-enterprise cooperation;Formulate supporting policies,standardize its operation mechanism so as to guarantee its orderly development;Encourage the joint development of teaching resources among members of the community,optimize the curriculum and teaching activities;Train high-caliber teaching staff,enhance teachers'handson ability and teaching level,in order to facilitate the high-quality development of vocational education,accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading and promote high-quality economic and social development.
