摘 要:针对因地质条件复杂导致的输送机位姿偏移问题,提出推移机构姿态与调直过程融合的刮板输送机调直方法,即基于记忆截割技术的调直算法。其通过优化推移机构和液压支架的相对位置,显著提升了刮板输送机的直线度,减少了累积误差,提高了煤炭开采的自动化与智能化水平,确保了设备稳定运行与高效生产。Aiming at the problem of conveyor attitude deviation caused by complex geological conditions,a scraper conveyor straightening method that integrates the attitude of the pushing mechanism with the straightening process is proposed,and a straightening algorithm based on the memory truncation technology is proposed.By optimising the relative positions of the nudging mechanism and the hydraulic support,the straightness of the scraper conveyor is significantly improved,the cumulative error is reduced,the automation and intelligence level of coal mining is improved,and the stable operation and efficient production of the equipment are ensured.
