摘 要:受农业机械设备表面基础状态的干扰,表面裂纹的检测效果难以得到保障。为此,提出农业机械设备表面裂纹自动检测方法研究。利用了裂纹处在受到激光刺激后,对应的温度曲线与表面正常区域相比具有更加明显的奇异性这一属性特征,分析了在复杂红外背景下,表面裂纹的热响应特性,结合利用农业机械设备材料表面单位面积吸收的能量公式,对裂纹是否存在作出判断。在具体的农业机械设备表面检测裂纹状态,根据扫描阶段线激光的偏移量进行计算。测试结果表明,设计方法仅对于宽度在0.10 mm以下的表面裂纹出现了1次误检情况,有效检出效果始终处于较高水平,与对照组相比具有明显优势。It is difficult to guarantee the detection effect of surface cracks due to the interference of the surface base state of agricultural machinery and equipment.For this reason,the automatic detection method of surface cracks on agricultural machinery and equipment is proposed.Using the crack in the laser stimulation,the corresponding temperature curve compared with the surface of the normal region has more obvious singularity of this property characteristics,analyzed in the complex infrared background,the thermal response characteristics of the surface cracks,combined with the use of agricultural machinery and equipment materials surface unit area absorbed energy formula,to make a judgment on the existence of cracks.The crack state is detected on the surface of specific agricultural machinery equipment and calculated based on the offset of the line laser during the scanning phase.The test results show that the designed method has only one false detection for surface cracks with a width of 0.10 mm or less,and the effective detection effect is always at a high level,which is an obvious advantage compared with the control group.
