摘  要:义务教育阶段的“双减”政策,扮演着推动基础教育健康、可持续发展的重要角色,该政策的深入落实,不仅是优化教育生态环境、减轻学生负担的必要手段,更是构建高质量教育体系过程中不可或缺的一环。“双减”背景下减负政策呈现出针对性强、内容广泛、力度大等新特点,但是随着时间推移与实践探索的深入,教师专业能力亟须提升、现行评价体系不适配及私人辅导兴起等新问题逐渐产生。针对引发的新问题,为推进学校高效育人,有关部门应促进教师专业发展,提高教师专业能力;加快多元评价体系改革,促进学生减负;加强家庭教育指导,缓解家长的教育焦虑。The“double-reduction”policy in compulsory education plays an important role in promoting the healthy and sustainable development of basic education,and the in-depth implementation of the policy is not only a necessary means of optimizing the educational ecosystem and reducing the burden on students,but also an indispensable part of the process of constructing a high-quality education system.The policy of reducing the burden in the context of“double reduction”presents new features such as strong relevance,extensive content and great strength.With the passage of time and practical exploration,the new trend of problems have gradually emerged,such as teachers'professional competence needs to be upgraded urgently,and the current evaluation system is not suitable and the rise of private tutoring.Based on the analysis of the new problems,efficient parenting in schools and the healthy growth of students should promote the professional development of teachers and enhance their professional competence,accelerate the pace of reforming the diversified evaluation system to promote the reduction of students'burden,and strengthen the guidance of family education to alleviate parents'anxiety in education.
