论地方师范院校的作用与发展--以汉江师范学院为例

摘　　要：地方师范院校在地方教育师资培养中发挥重要作用。以汉江师范学院为例,探讨地方师范院校的发展沿革、办学现状和特色、发展机遇与愿景,对于传承中国师范教育优良传统、坚守地方师范教育根基、服务基层经济社会发展、助推教育强国建设,具有独特且不可替代的作用。Local normal universities play a vital role in cultivating regional educational talents.Taking Hanjiang Normal University as a case study,the paper explores their historical evolution,current status and distinctive features,developmental opportunities,and future vision,and concludes that they hold a unique and irreplaceable significance for carrying forward the fine traditions of Chinese teacher education,safeguarding the foundations of local pedagogical practices,serving grassroots social-economic development,and advancing the building of a leading country in nation.
