摘　　要：本文就人工智能结合英语教育国际化师资培养前景及策略进行论述。首先强调了语言技能、跨文化交际能力、创新和批判性思维以及信息技术能力的双重需求;其次提出了发展智能辅助英语教学平台,建设多元文化背景下师资队伍以及国际化和创新教学内容设计的策略;最后强调了提高和实践跨文化交际能力和开展国际交流项目的重要性。This paper discusses the prospects and strategies for the cultivation of internationalized teaching staff in English education combined with artificial intelligence.Firstly,it emphasizes the dual demand for language proficiency,intercultural communication abilities,innovation and critical thinking,as well as information technology competence.Secondly,it proposes strategies such as developing intelligent-assisted English teaching platforms,building faculty teams in a multicultural context,and designing internationalized and innovative teaching content.Finally,it highlights the importance of improving and applying intercultural communication abilities and conducting international exchange programs.
