摘  要:随着生成式人工智能技术的发展,教育领域正经历深刻变革。在此背景下,教师发展的理念与模式也在发生转变。生成式人工智能赋能教师发展应在以人为本的价值导向下,坚持安全道德的技术使用原则,促进教育教学与生成式人工智能技术协同发展。生成式人工智能赋能教师发展涉及教师对智能技术的价值判断、明确人机协同的需求以及理性反思。建议应深化教师对生成式人工智能的认识,促进技术融合教育教学场景的创新实践,强化教师技术应用伦理意识与能力,从而帮助教师更好地适应教育数字化转型,最终实现专业发展。With the advancement of generative artificial intelligence(GenAI),education is undergoing profound changes.Against this backdrop,the development philosophy and models for teachers are also under reform.Teacher development empowered by GenAI should adhere to human-centered values,uphold principles of safe and ethical technology,and foster synergistic growth between education practices and GenAI technologies.The pathways for GenAI-empowered teacher development involve teachers′ value judgment toward intelligent technologies,clarification of human-machine collaboration needs,and rational reflections.The research recommends that we should deepen teachers′ understanding of GenAI,promote innovative practices that integrate technologies into educational scenarios,and strengthen teachers′ ethical awareness and competencies in technological applications,so as to help teachers better adapt to the digital transformation of education in their professional development.
