探析《灵枢》卫气作息体系与半夏秫米汤决渎壅塞法

摘　　要：文章探讨了《灵枢》中营卫气与作息之间的关联,并指出在《灵枢》所述中,与作息直接相关的乃是卫气,而非营气。一定数量的卫气凭借稳定的循行,与人体的阴阳两部相互作用,从而对作息进行调节。在这一过程里,卫气类似于激动剂。卫气的总量、卫气的循行以及阴阳两部,乃是卫气调节作息的3个关键要素。助阳补卫、决渎壅塞、养阴和卫则是针对这三者出现异常时的治疗策略。最后,文章依据卫气作息的理论,重新对半夏秫米汤的组方思路予以探讨,剖析了半夏、秫米、千里流水在该方剂中所发挥的作用。This article delves into the relationship between the ying qi and the wei qi and rest and activity in Lingshu,and contends that in the account of Lingshu,it is the wei qi,rather than the ying qi,that is directly related to rest and activity.A certain quantity of wei qi interacts with the yin and yang components of the human body through stable circulation to regulate rest and activity.During this process,the wei qi is analogous to an agonist.The total amount of wei qi,the circulation of wei qi,and the yin and yang components constitute the three key elements of the wei qi in regulating rest and activity.Boosting yang and reinforcing the wei qi,dredging obstructions,nourishing yin and harmonizing the wei qi are the therapeutic strategies for abnormalities in these three aspects.Finally,based on the theory of the wei qi regulating rest and activity,this article re-examines the formula design concept of the Banxia Shumi Decoction and analyzes the functions of Banxia,Shumi,and Long-Distance Flowing Water in the formula.
