摘　　要：建构具有中国特色、中国风格、中国气派的大学生就业自主知识体系,是推动哲学社会科学繁荣发展的时代重任。以思想政治教育学观照中国大学生就业,需要立足学科视角,聚焦大学生就业现实问题,构建以思想政治教育学基本原理、范畴和原则为基础的大学生就业理论框架。将思想政治教育融入就业指导全过程,引导大学生树立正确的就业观、职业观和人生观,提升就业核心竞争力,实现个人价值与社会价值的统一,为促进大学生更高质量、更加充分就业提供理论支撑和实践指导。To construct an independent knowledge system of college students'employment with Chinese characteristics,Chinese style and Chinese ethos is an important task of the new era to promote the prosperity and development of philosophy and social science.To study the employment of college students from the perspective of ideological and political education in China,we need to focus on the practical problems of college students'employment from the perspective of disciplines,and build a theoretical framework of college students'employment based on the basic principles,categories and principles of ideological and political education.The ideological and political education will be integrated into the whole process of employment guidance,guiding college students to establish correct employment outlook,career perspective and life view,improve the core competitiveness of employment,achieve the unity of personal value and social value,and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting higher-quality and more sufficient employment for college students.
