摘 要:微生物发酵法作为一种低成本的乳酸单体生产方式而成为最为主要的制备方法。鉴于发酵液中存在发酵底物、代谢产物和微生物残留物等杂质,如何高效低耗地从发酵液中提取乳酸单体备受关注。对多级分离膜分离特别是纳滤分离耦合其他技术在乳酸发酵液杂质膜法分离和乳酸提取中的应用效果进行了总结。同时,针对膜分离应用过程中存在的乳酸收率低、膜垢污染等问题进行了深入分析,旨在为规模化乳酸发酵的分离纯化提供参考依据。Microbial fermentation is the predominant method for producing lactic acid monomers due to its low cost.In view of the impurities such as fermentation substrate,metabolites and microbial residues in fermentation broth,how to extract lactic acid monomer from fermentation broth with high efficiency and low consumption has attracted much attention.In this paper,the effectiveness of multi-stage membrane separation,particularly nanofiltration coupled with other techniques,in the membrane-based separation of impurities and lactic acid extraction from lactic acid fermentation broths was summarized.Additionally,some problems such as low lactic acid recovery rate and membrane fouling encountered in membrane separation applications were analyzed,aiming to provide a reference basis for the purification of lactic acid fermentation processes.
