摘　　要：廉洁文化是以廉洁为价值旨归,融价值理念、行为规范和社会风尚为一体的文化形态。医科院校加强新时代廉洁文化建设具有政治性、人民性、公正性、创新性、针对性的特征,兼具政治导向功能、批判净化功能、规范约束功能、激励凝聚功能、教化感化功能。医科院校将强化廉洁文化理论武装、营造廉洁文化氛围、运用新媒体新技术传播廉洁文化、践行廉洁行为作为加强廉洁文化建设的目标任务。The culture of integrity is a cultural form that takes integrity as its value,integrates value concepts,behavioral norms,and social norms.Strengthening the construction of a integrity culture in medical colleges in the new era has the characteristics of political orientation,people-based,fair,innovative,and targeted.It also has the functions of political guidance,criticism and purification,standardization and restraint,motivation and cohesion,and education and influence.Medical colleges will strengthen the theoretical armament of integrity culture,create a integrity culture atmosphere with new media and technologies to spread integrity culture,and practice integrity behavior as the goal and task of strengthening the construction of integrity culture.
