摘  要:“岗课赛证思”五维融通是培养新时代高素质技术技能型人才的长效举措,要求将“岗课赛证思”贯穿课程建设全过程,即专业课建设与课程思政、岗位需求、竞赛要求及思政元素相融合。护理基本技术课程建设目前存在课程与岗位对接不紧密、与大赛项目联动少、思政融通效果欠佳等问题,探索“岗课赛证思”五维融通课程建设模式,可有效提升课堂教学质量,培养出医德高、技能精、思维新、担当强的高素质技术技能型护理人才,助推健康中国建设。The five dimensional integration of"post-course-competition-certificate-Ideological&Political Education"is a long-term measure to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled personnel in the new era.It requires the integration of"post-course-competition-certificate-Ideological&Political Education"throughout whole process of course construction,that is,the integration of professional course construction with Ideological&Political education,post needs,competition requirements and Ideological&Political elements.At present,there are problems in the construction of basic technology courses of nursing,such as insufficient connection between courses and post,lack of linkage with competitions,and poor integration of Ideological&Political education.Exploring the"post-course-competition-certificate-Ideological&Political Education"five dimensional integration course construction model can effectively improve the quality of classroom teaching,cultivate high-quality technical and skilled nursing personnel with high medical ethics,excellent skills,new thinking,and strong sense of responsibility,and promote the construction of a healthy China.
