摘 要:目的调查某高校公共事业管理专业课程设置的合理程度及其影响因素,为优化公共事业管理专业课程设置及培养能满足社会发展需要的人才提供依据。方法以黑龙江某高校公共事业管理专业本科生为研究对象进行问卷调查。结果学生认为未来工作帮助和专业知识帮助是课程设置合理程度的影响因素;法学类和统计学类是需要重点完善的课程。结论高校应科学合理设置课程内容,为学生提供丰富的学习资源,重视教师队伍建设,以学生为中心,围绕其学习需求制订课程教学方案,紧跟新文科建设要求,以培养满足行业所需且具有核心竞争力的应用型复合型人才。Objective To investigate the rationality and influencing factors of the course setting of public administration major in a certain university,so as to provide a basis for optimizing the course design of public administration major and cultivating personnel that can meet the needs of social development.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on undergraduates majoring in public administration at a university in Heilongjiang Province.Results Students believe that future job assistance and professional knowledge assistance are factors affecting the rationality of course design.Law class and statistics class are the courses that need to be improved.Conclusion Universities should scientifically and reasonably set course content,provide students with rich learning resources,attach importance to teacher team building,focus on students,formulate course teaching plans around their learning needs,keep up with the requirements of the new liberal arts construction,and cultivate application-oriented composite personnel who meet the needs of the industry and have core compotance.
