摘　　要：目的调查河南省三级医院护士工作-家庭支持与人文关怀能力现状,并探索两者相关性。方法应用一般情况调查表、工作-家庭支持量表及关怀能力量表,便利选取河南省25所三级医院3085名护士进行电子问卷调查。结果3085名护士工作-家庭支持量表得分为(110.40±25.30)分,关怀能力量表得分为(193.46±27.79)分;护士工作-家庭支持与人文关怀能力呈正相关关系(r=0.438,P<0.05)。结论河南省三级医院护士工作-家庭支持处于中等水平,人文关怀能力处于较低水平,护士工作-家庭支持水平越高,其人文关怀能力越高。医院管理者应结合护士自身情况提供针对性帮助,提高护士工作-家庭支持水平,进而提升护士的人文关怀能力,改善护患关系,促进“护患命运共同体”的构建。Objective To investigate the status of work-family support and humanistic care abilities of nurses in Grade-A hospitals in Henan Province,and explore the correlation between them.Methods Using a General Information Survey Form,a Work-family Support Scale,and a Caring Ability Inventory,3,085 nurses from 25 Grade-A hospitals in Henan Province were conveniently selected for an electronic questionnaire survey.Results The scores of 3,085 nurses on the Work-family Support Scale were(110.40±25.30)score and the Caring Ability Inventory were(193.46±27.79)score.There is a positive correlation between nursing work-fa-mily support and humanistic care ability(r=0.438,P<0.05).Conclusion The work-family support of nurses in Grade-A hospitals in Henan Province is at a moderate level,while their humanistic care ability is at a relatively low level.The higher the level of work-family support of nurses,the higher their humanistic care ability.Hospital managers should provide targeted assistance to nurses based on their own situations,improve their work-family support level,enhance their humanistic care ability,improve nurse patient relationships,and promote the construction of a"nurse patient community with a shared future".
