高职护生基层就业意愿现状调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解当前高职护理专业学生基层就业意愿及影响因素,为基层护理人才培养提供依据。方法采用自制的问卷调查高职院校护生基层就业意愿。结果高职护生整体基层就业意愿较强,性别、政治面貌、家庭生育状况、父母亲文化程度、家庭人均月收入、志愿活动参加情况、基层医院知晓度、基层医院发展前景认知、基层医院就业机会认知、基层医院就业意义认知、职称优惠政策认知、就业优先考虑条件、首次就业薪资期望值、父母支持情况、同辈和亲戚支持情况、自评胜任情况是护士基层就业意愿的影响因素。结论学校和相关部门需联合采取措施,进一步增强高职护生基层就业意愿,促进优质护理人才资源下沉。Objective To learn the current grassroots employed willingness of higher vocational nursing students and influencing factors to provide a basis for the cultivation of grassroots nursing personnel.Methods A self-made questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate grassroots employment willingness of higher vocational nursing students.Results Higher vocational nursing students have a strong grassroots employed willingness.Factors influencing nurses′grassroots employed willingness include gender,political status,family fertility status,parents′educational level,personal average monthly income per family,participation in volunteer activities,awareness of grassroots hospitals,learning of the development prospects of grassroots hospitals,learning of employment opportunities in grassroots hospitals,learning of the significance of employment in grassroots hospitals,learning of preferential policies for professional titles,priority conditions for employment,expected salary for the first employment,parental support,peer and relative support,and self-evaluation of competence.Conclusion Schools and relevant departments need to take joint measures to further enhance the higher vocational nursing students′grassroots employed willingness and promote the sinking of high-quality nursing personnel resources.
