摘　　要：中医典籍承载着丰富的中医药知识与文化内涵,其对外翻译传播对传承振兴中医药事业和构建人类健康共同体具有重要意义。本研究从副文本理论视角出发,对杨守忠英译《中藏经》中的书名、序言、注释、附录等副文本要素进行分析,探讨译者的翻译决策及其对原作的阐释与再创造,以期为中医典籍英译提供理论参考和实践启示。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)classics embody rich medical knowledge and cultural heritage.Their translation and international dissemination are crucial for preserving and revitalizing TCM while contribu-ting to the building of a global community of health for all.Through the lens of paratext theory,this study exam-ines paratextual elements—including the title,preface,annotations,and appendices—in Yang Shouzhong’s English translation of Zhong Zang Jing(Master Hua’s Classic of Central Viscera).By analyzing the transla-tor’s decisions and his interpretation and recreation of the original text,this research aims to provide theoretical insights and practical guidance for the English translation of TCM classics.
