摘　　要：探讨了高职院校与企业合作的人才培养模式,旨在提升学生的实际操作能力和就业竞争力。通过对校企合作模式的分析,提出了具体实施路径和建议,以期为航空机电设备维修人才的培养提供参考。This article explores the talent cultivation model of cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises,aiming to enhance students'practical operation ability and employment competitiveness.Through the analysis of the school enterprise cooperation model,specific implementation paths and suggestions are proposed,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of aviation electromechanical equipment maintenance talents.
