摘　　要：介绍了现代信息技术在提高人才培养质量和高校教学效果方面的作用,阐述了现代信息技术支持下高校教学模式改革的框架,从课前、课中和课后的教学过程中引入信息技术,充分考虑提高学生的自学能力、思辨能力和自我评价的能力,并提出了开展信息技术下教学模式需要具备的条件。现代信息技术与高等教育的融合,创新高校教育教学模式,提高教学质量。This paper introduces the role of modern information technology in improving the quality of personnel training and the effect of college teaching,and then elaborates the framework of college teaching model reform under the support of modern information technology.Modern information technology is introduced into the teaching process from before class,during class,and after class,and the ability of students to study independently,reason and evaluate themselves is fully considered.This paper also proposes the conditions needed for a smooth implementation of the teaching mode under the support of modern information technology.The integration of modern information technology and higher education can innovate college educational and teaching modes and improve teaching quality.
