摘　　要：我国教育现代化发展水平已步入世界中上行列,新时代教育强国背景下对公共实训基地的建设要求更加全面和系统。高质量发展建设公共实训基地需要前瞻的系统功能定位、虚实结合的载体建构、基于规则与程序的运行机制,通过人才规格动态更新、教学模式多元化创新、实训实时监控和绩效评估的革新,推动公共实训基地更好地服务区域经济发展、更优地提升职业教育质量。The development level of China's educational modernization has stepped into the middle and upper ranks of the world,the requirements for the construction of public training bases under the background of educational power in the new era are more comprehensive and systematic.The high-quality development and construction of public training base requires the systematic and forward-looking system function orientation,the carrier construction that combines virtual and real,and the operation mechanism based on rules and procedures.Through the dynamic updating of talent specifications,the diversified innovation of teaching modes,the real-time monitoring and performance evaluation of training,the public training base can better serve regional economic development and improve the quality of vocational education.
