摘  要:职业教育促进共同富裕既有确定性,也有不确定性。一方面,职业教育可以通过培养技术技能人才、科技研发和文化浸润直接或间接促进共同富裕;另一方面,职业教育通过上述途径也不必然促进共同富裕,接受职业教育的民众是否实现共同富裕受职业分类、主观感受等因素影响,职业教育科技研发能力不理想制约了生产力提升从而影响共同富裕,职业教育在塑造和引领优秀社会风气方面存在瑕疵阻碍了共同富裕。辩证认识该命题才是一种理性的认知和行为,而非过分强调或突出“能促进”的方面,而无视或遮蔽“不必然促进”的方面。今后,推动职业教育促进共同富裕从不确定性向可能性方面转化,应深化劳动力市场和职业教育改革;强化职业教育科技研发与创新能力建设;推动职业教育观念重塑和文化建设。Promoting common prosperity through vocational education involves both certainties and uncertainties.On the one hand,vocational education can directly or indirectly contribute to common prosperity by cultivating technical talents,conducting scientific and technological research and development,and fostering cultural infiltration.On the other hand,vocational education does not necessarily guarantee the promotion of common prosperity through these avenues.Whether individuals who receive vocational education achieve common prosperity is influenced by factors such as occupational classification and subjective perceptions.Additionally,inadequate R&D capabilities in vocational education can hinder productivity growth,thereby affecting common prosperity.Moreover,imperfections in vocational education’s role in shaping and leading excellent social norms can obstruct the progress towards common prosperity.A dialectical understanding of this proposition constitutes a rational cognition and behavior,rather than overly emphasizing or highlighting the aspects of“can promote”while ignoring or obscuring the aspects of“does not necessarily promote”.Moving forward,to transform the uncertainty in promoting common prosperity through vocational education into certainty,it is necessary to deepen reforms in the labor market and vocational education;strengthen the construction of scientific and technological R&D and innovation capabilities within vocational education;and promote the reshaping of vocational education concepts and cultural development to facilitate the advancement of common prosperity.
