重构教育评价新生态:工具理性与价值理性的匡正与调和

摘  要:长期以来,教育评价在工具理性发展逻辑主导下逐渐形成效率至上、技术依赖与结果本位的实践范式,呈现出行政化运行机制消解育人功能、量化指标窄化发展维度、技术依赖遮蔽主体价值的三重困境。这在一定程度上荫蔽了评价育人的价值理性,导致评价活动“见分不见人”的根本性偏离。构建教育评价新生态,应进一步阐明价值理性对教育评价活动的引领作用,以立德树人为价值基点重塑评价本质;通过弱化利益关联、规范技术应用来匡正工具理性的合理边界;在工具理性和价值理性的平衡与协调中构建新体系,促进教育评价育人本质的回归。Over an extended period,the logic of instrumental rationality has come to dominate educational evaluation,progressively shaping it into a practice paradigm that emphasizes efficiency supremacy,technological dependency,and outcome-orientation.This paradigm now confronts three profound dilemmas:administrative operational mechanisms eroding educational functions,the over-reliance on quantitative indicators narrowing developmental dimensions,and technological dependence obscuring subjective values.To a certain extent,these issues have overshadowed the value rationality inherent in educational evaluation,resulting in a fundamental deviation where assessment activities prioritize measurable outcomes over holistic human development.It is imperative to elucidate the guiding role of value rationality in educational evaluation endeavors and to redefine the essence of evaluation with moral cultivation and talent development as the foundational value.By mitigating interest-oriented associations and regulating the application of technology,we can rectify the appropriate boundaries of instrumental rationality in the reform of educational evaluation.Furthermore,through balancing and coordinating instrumental rationality with value rationality,a novel ecosystem for educational evaluation can be constructed,thereby facilitating the return of educational evaluation to its essence of nurturing individuals.
