摘 要:基于MEMS传感器技术,提出了一种基坑开挖变形监测系统。介绍了系统工作的基本原理和位移变形监测的计算方法。通过自行设计的试验装置,对该系统的误差进行试验校核,试验模型试验的误差在3 mm以下。依托湖州某地区深基坑工程,将该系统应用于该基坑开挖过程当中的土体变形监测,监测结果表明:测量精度可以满足基坑变形监测的需求。Based on MEMS sensor technology,a deformation monitoring system for foundation pit excavation is proposed.The basic principle of the system operation and the calculation method of displacement deformation monitoring are introduced.Experimental verification is conduced on the error of the system through self-designed experimental device.Test error of the experimental model is below 3 mm.Relying on a deep foundation pit project in Huzhou,the system is applied to the soil deformation monitoring during the excavation process of the foundation pit.The monitoring results show that the measurement precision can meet the needs of deformation monitoring of the foundation pit.
