产教融合视角下订单式教学在本科教学中的创新路径探索——以文化产业管理专业为例

摘  要:订单式教学在本科专业运用程度不高,原因在于本科教学更注重知识体系构建的深度与广度。订单式教学可通过产教融合介入本科教学,如:将企业需求与课程讲授相结合,合理设计课程实践任务;运用企业需求创造真实情境,提高应用型人才能力培养质量;以创新思维贯穿课程全程,打破行业与课程间壁垒。订单式教学要介入企业的创新型领域而不是成熟的流程化领域。教师根据课程需求选择合适的企业进行合作,带领学生参与企业研发类项目以达到产学研协同育人的目的。Order-based teaching is not so widely used in undergraduate majors as undergraduate education pays more attention to the depth and breadth of knowledge system construction.This paper intends to explore how order-based teaching can be integrated into the undergraduate teaching process through combining enterprise needs with course teaching,and rationally designing course practical tasks;creating real-life scenarios based on enterprise needs to improve the quality of cultivating applied talents;integrating innovative thinking throughout the course to break down the barriers between industries and courses.Order-based teaching is supposed to intervene in the innovative fields of enterprises rather than the mature and routine fields,so teachers can actively choose suitable enterprises for in-depth cooperation based on the needs of the course,guiding students to participate in enterprise research and development projects to achieve the goal of synergistic education between industry,education and research.
