摘  要:为了解决拖曳缆系统采用常系数估算流体载荷造成缆索动力学响应模拟不准确的问题,本文将有限差分法与雷诺平均方程相结合,依托初始缆形采用网格生成器脚本功能生成计算域,设计拓扑源面,并填充结构化网格,以高质量黏性网格为基础,采用计算流体力学求解器结合湍流模型计算得到沿缆分布的水动力,采用插值方法将水动力载荷插值到离散缆段几何中心处,利用有限差分方法更新拖曳系统动力学计算结果获得新的缆形,循环迭代地建立了单向耦合的弱流固耦合方法。计算结果表明:该耦合方法具有良好的收敛性和稳定性,计算结果与实测缆形更加吻合。该方法也获得了拖曳缆的绕流场流动分离特点和流体载荷沿着缆的分布的一般规律,证实了沿缆的阻力系数取固定的经验系数会产生较大误差。Cable dynamics responses in the towing cable system cannot be accurately simulated using constant coefficients for estimating fluid loads.To address this issue,the finite-difference method was combined with the Reynolds-averaged equation in this study.Relying on the initial cable shape,the grid generator script function was utilized to generate the computational domain,design the topological source surface,and fill the structured grid.Based on high-quality viscous grids,a computational fluid dynamics(CFD)solver combined with the turbulence model was adopted to calculate the hydrodynamic forces distributed along the cable.These hydrodynamic loads were interpolated to the geometric centers of discrete cable segments using an interpolation method.Then,the finite difference method updated the dynamic calculation results of the towing system to obtain a new cable shape.Through cyclic iterations,a one-way coupled weak fluid-structure interaction method was established.The calculations indicate that this coupling method exhibits excellent convergence and stability,and the results align more closely with the measured cable shape.In addition,this method reveals the flow separation characteristics of the flow field around the towing cable and the general pattern of fluid load distribution along the cable,highlighting that adopting a fixed empirical coefficient for the drag coefficient along the cable results in significant errors.
