摘 要:目的探讨转化医学理念指导下混合式教学在急诊护理实习生临床能力培养中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月至2024年4月在我院急诊科的护理实习生642名,分为对照组(332名)和研究组(310名),对照组采用传统教学模式教学,研究组采用转化医学理念下的混合式教学。比较两组实习护生的理论和操作考核成绩、课堂学习效果、教学满意度及团队学习能力。结果研究组的理论和操作考核成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。课堂学习效果、教学满意度及团队学习能力比较,研究组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论转化医学理念下的混合式教学能显著提升急诊护理实习生的临床能力、学习效果和团队协作能力,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effectiveness of blended teaching guided by the translational medicine concept in the clinical competency training of emergency nursing interns.Methods A total of 642 nursing interns in the emergency department of our hospital from May 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into a control group(332 interns)and a study group(310 interns).The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the study group adopted blended teaching guided by the translational medicine concept.The comprehensive assessment scores,classroom learning outcomes,teaching satisfaction,and team learning ability were compared between the two groups.Results The comprehensive assessment scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The study group also outperformed the control group in classroom learning outcomes,teaching satisfaction,and team learning ability,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion Blended teaching guided by the translational medicine concept significantly improves the clinical competency,teaching effectiveness,and teamwork skills of emergency nursing interns,which deserves clinical promotion.
