摘 要:监督与管理教师的教学活动是教学督导工作的核心职能,主要通过行政性的教学督导方式来开展工作,不能有效地适应新时代高校教师教学能力提升的需要。将高校教学督导活动的“指导型”方式转变为“专业型”发展,将“管理型”方法转变为“服务型”理念,将“控制型”手段转变为“合作型”行为,加强高校教学督导的研究与培训,有助于构建可持续发展的高校教学督导发展与运行机制。Supervising and managing teachers’teaching activities is the core function of teaching supervision work,which is mainly carried out through administrative teaching supervision,but it can not effectively meet the needs of improving college teachers’teaching ability in the new era.It is helpful to construct a sustainable development mechanism for the development and operation of teaching supervision in colleges and universities by transforming the“guidance”mode of teaching supervision activities into“professional”development,transforming the“management”method into the“service”concept,transforming the“control”means into“cooperative”behavior,and strengthening the research and training of teaching supervision in colleges and universities.
