高校教师教学数字化转型影响因素及作用机制研究

摘　　要：以21位高校专任教师为研究对象,运用扎根分析方法,探究高校教师教学数字化转型影响因素与作用机制。结果显示:转型态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制是影响高校教师教学数字化转型的主要范畴。转型态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制通过数字化意愿间接作用于教学数字化转型行为;主观规范和知觉行为控制在数字化意愿和数字化行为之间起调节作用。改变高校教师教学数字化转型态度、重视“重要他人”影响、增强数字化转型控制感是教学数字化转型的关键。Taking 21 full-time universing teachers as the research objects,this paper uses the grounded analysis method to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of the digital transformation of university teachers'teaching.The results show that transformation attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control are the three main categories that affect the digital transformation of teaching in universities.Transformation attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control indirectly affect teaching digital transformation behavior through digital intention;Subjective norms and perceived behavior control play a moderating role between digital intention and digital behavior.The key to digital transformation of teaching is to change the attitude of universing teachers,pay attention to the influence of"important others"and enhance the sense of control of digital transformation.
