依托科研创新团队的研究生创新能力培养模式研究与实践--以华东交通大学为例

摘　　要：研究生创新能力培养是研究生培养环节的重中之重,而良好的培养模式是研究生创新能力培养的关键。文章以科研创新团队为依托,探讨导师科研创新团队培养模式对研究生创新能力培养的优势,并以笔者自身科研创新团队为实例,就团队组织结构、管理机制、评价奖励机制、学术交流机制4个方面具体介绍团队对研究生创新能力培养的相关实践,以期解决单导师个人时间精力的有限性,学术水平和视野的局限性,知识结构和广度的单一性以及实践经验的不足性等与研究生知识需求的多学科,综合性以及实践性等之间的矛盾,从而构建基于科研团队的研究生科研创新能力培养模式,有效培养和提高研究生的创新能力。The cultivation of innovation capabilities in graduate students represents the most important part of postgraduate education,where effective training modes pivotal factors.This study explores the distinct advantages of mentor-led scientific research innovation teams in fostering graduate students′innovation capacities.Using the author′s own research innovation team as a case study,we detail practical strategies on the training of graduate students′innovation ability across four dimensions:team organization structure,management mechanism,performance evaluation and incentive systems,and academic exchange platforms.These approaches aim to resolve inherent contradictions between the limitations of single-supervisor systems(including time constraints,restricted academic perspectives,narrow knowledge domains,and insufficient practical experience)and graduate students′demands for multi-discipline,comprehensiveness and practice-oriented knowledge acquisition.Ultimately,this research establishes a team-based training model that systematically enhances graduate students′innovative research competencies.
