摘  要:当前,中国正面临着“西强我弱”的国际传媒格局以及跨文化传播生态的严重失衡问题。为此,研究提出了两种对外宣传翻译策略,即确保对外宣传翻译的事实性与准确性,以传递真实、可靠的信息,同时,重视文化差异,坚持“内外有别”的翻译原则,以更好地适应不同文化背景下的受众需求。通过实施以上策略,能够增进世界对中国发展的理解认同,提高对外传播能力。At present,China is facing the international media pattern that“the western country is strong while our country is weak”and the serious imbalance of cross-cultural communication ecology.To this end,the study puts forward two kinds of translation strategies for foreign publicity.One is to ensure the fact-based and accurate translation of foreign publicity,so as to convey true and reliable information,and the other is to emphasis on cultural differences and adhere to the translation principle of“internal and external differences”,in order to better adapt to the needs of audiences in different cultural backgrounds.Through the implementation of the above strategies,the understanding and recognition of China's development by the world can be enhanced and the ability of external communication can be improved.
