摘 要:团体辅导干预为提升听障大学生积极心理资本提供了实证依据与参考范式,辅导后被试积极心理资本问卷的韧性、希望、乐观维度分及总分,简易应对方式问卷总分,情绪调节自我效能感量表的表达快乐、表达自豪、管理生气自我效能感维度分及总分均有显著提高,且各问卷维度分及总分均高于辅导前。但团体辅导难以满足每个成员的特殊需求,对带领咨询师素养要求较高。要从充分了解被试、提高咨询师素养、加强手语学习和专业督导、明确团体契约、注重保密原则等多方面进行准备,切实提高团体辅导的效果与质量,从而更好地促进听障大学生积极心理资本的提升。Group counseling intervention provides an empirical basis and reference paradigm for enhancing positive psychological capital of hearing-impaired college students.The dimensions of resilience,hope,optimism and total score of the positive psychological capital questionnaire after counseling,the total score of the simple coping style questionnaire,expression of happiness,expression of pride,management anger and the total score of the emotional regulation self-efficacy scale are significantly increased,and all questionnaire dimensions and total scores are higher than those before counseling.However,group counseling is difficult to meet the special needs of each member,and the quality requirements of leading consultants are higher.It is necessary to fully understand the subjects,improve the quality of counselors,strengthen sign language learning and professional supervision,clarify the group contract,pay attention to the principle of confidentiality and other aspects of preparation,and effectively improve the effect and quality of group counseling,so as to better promote the positive psychological capital of hearing-impaired college students.
