摘 要:GenAI正重塑技术与学习者的关系,从支持工具进化为学习主体,与学习者共同建构知识,并赋能各自发展。基于此,文章首先依托协作学习理论,构建了“学习者-GenAI-集体知识”三元协作学习系统模型,分析了要素特点。之后,文章剖析了“学习者-GenAI-集体知识”三元协作学习系统模型的运行机制,包括协作知识建构中学习者的发展机制、协作知识建构中GenAI的发展机制、学习者与GenAI协作建构集体知识的机制,以实现学习者的认知跃迁、GenAI的能力增强和集体知识的进化。最后,文章依托“学习者-GenAI-集体知识”三元协作学习系统模型及其运行机制,从GenAI个性化育人能力提升、学习者GenAI素养与批判意识培养、基于协作学习活动的人机共生关系形成三个方面,提出了促进学习者与GenAI有效协作学习的策略。文章的研究成果,可为我国GenAI赋能学习者发展提供理论指导与实践参考,对于推动智能时代我国教育创新发展也具有重要意义。GenAI is transforming the relationship between technology and learners,evolving from a supportive tool to a learning agent,co-building knowledge with learners and empowering their mutual development.Based on this,this paper firstly relied on the collaborative learning theory,constructed the“learner-GenAI-collective knowledge”ternary collaborative learning system model,and analyzed the characteristics of the elements.After that,the paper analyzed the operating mechanism of the“learner-GenAI-collective knowledge”ternary collaborative learning system model,including the development mechanism of learners in collaborative knowledge construction,the development mechanism of GenAI in collaborative knowledge construction,and the mechanism of learners and GenAI in collaborative knowledge construction,to realize the cognitive transition of learners,the enhancement of GenAI ability and the evolution of collective knowledge.Finally,relying on the“learner-GenAI-collective knowledge”ternary collaborative learning system model and its operation mechanism,the paper proposed strategies to enhance effective collaborative learning between learners and GenAI from three aspects of improving GenAI’s individualized education ability,cultivating learners’AI literacy and critical thinking,and fostering a human-AI symbiotic relationship based on collaborative learning activities.The research results of this paper can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the development of GenAI enabled learners in China,and also had great significance for promoting the innovative development of education in the intelligent era.
