摘 要:师范生实践智慧的生成,既是师范院校人才培养的现实省思、是“新师范”教育建设的时代诉求,也是弘扬教育家精神的实践体现。文章聚焦师范生实践智慧的生成,首先依托活动理论,从内涵结构、契合性、理论模型三个方面,进行了活动理论视域下师范生实践智慧生成的理论研究。之后,文章采用探索性案例与描述性案例相结合的方法,对72名顶岗实习师范生进行了为期18周的跟踪调研,并从中选择3名师范生作为研究对象进行典型案例分析,验证了活动理论视域下师范生实践智慧生成理论模型的有效性,得出师范生实践智慧的生成是活动理论各要素共同作用的结果。最后,文章从生成过程和生成阶段的角度阐述了师范生实践智慧的生成机制并提出实现路径。文章发现,活动理论视域下师范生实践智慧的生成是一个“理解→实践→反思”交互循环的过程,呈现出“萌芽→生长→形成”的阶段性。文章的研究有利于促进师范生的智慧成长和专业发展,并为创新师范生的培养路径提供了新思路。The generation of practical wisdom of normal university students is not only the realistic reflection of talent training in normal universities,but also the demand of The Times in the construction of“new normal”education,and the practical embodiment of carrying forward the spirit of educators.This paper firstly focused on the generation of practical wisdom of normal university students,and conducted a theoretical research on the generation of practical wisdom of normal university students under the activity theory perspective from three aspects of connotation structure,fit and theoretical model.After that,the paper adopted the method of combining exploratory cases and descriptive cases to carry out an 18-week follow-up survey on 72 normal university students as interns,and selected 3 normal university students as research objects for typical case analysis,which verified the validity of the generation theoretical model of practical wisdom of normal university students under the activity theory perspective.It was concluded that the generation of practical wisdom of normal university students was the result of the joint action of various elements of activity theory.Finally,the generation mechanism of practical wisdom of normal university students was expounded from the angles of generation process and generation stage,and the realization paths were put forward.It was found out that the generation of practical wisdom of normal university students under the activity theory perspective was an interactive cycle of“understanding,practice and reflection”and showed a stage of“germination,growth and formation”.The research of this paper was conducive to promoting the wisdom growth and professional development of normal university students,and providing new ideas for innovating the training path of normal university students.
