工作-家庭冲突与父亲教养投入:情绪耗竭的中介与配偶情感支持的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:考察工作-家庭冲突与父亲教养投入的关系机制。方法:采用父亲教养投入问卷、工作-家庭冲突量表、情绪耗竭量表、配偶情感支持问卷对289位学前儿童的父亲进行调查。结果:①工作-家庭冲突显著负向预测父亲教养投入(β=-0.49,P<0.001);②情绪耗竭在工作-家庭冲突与父亲教养投入之间起到部分中介作用,中介效应值为-0.07,中介效应占比为14.28%;③配偶情感支持在中介路径的后半段起到调节作用(β=-0.09,P<0.05)。具体而言,配偶情感支持可以缓解低情绪耗竭对父亲教养投入的影响,但随着情绪耗竭水平的增加,配偶情感支持的缓冲作用逐渐减弱。结论:工作-家庭冲突通过引发个体情绪耗竭作用于父亲教养投入,并且受到配偶情感支持的调节。Objective:The present study explores the association between work-family conflict and father involvement,as well as the mediating effects of emotion exhaustion and the moderating of spousal emotional support.Methods:A sample of 289 fathers of preschool children were asked to complete father involvement,work-family conflict,emotional exhaustion,and spousal emotional support scales.Results:①Work-family conflict negatively predicted father involvement(β=-0.49,P<0.001).②Emotional exhaustion partially mediated the relationship between work-family conflict and father involvement,the mediating effect value was-0.07,and the mediating effect accounted for 14.28%.③Spousal emotional support played a moderating role in the second half of the mediation path"emotional exhaustion→father involvement"(β=-0.09,P<0.05).Specifically,spousal emotional support buffered the impact of emotional exhaustion on father involvement,and this buffering effect of spousal emotional support was smaller under a higher level of emotional exhaustion.Conclusion:Work-family conflict can affect father involvement through emotional exhaustion,and it is moderated by spousal emotional support.
