摘  要:目的探讨分层递进教学法在医学检验技术专业学生临床血液、体液专业课程实习培训中的应用价值。方法选取2023-01—2023-04在河北北方学院附属第一医院检验科血液、体液组实习轮转的8名学生为传统教学组,采用传统教学法教学;2023-07—2023-08及2023-11—2023-12实习轮转的8名学生为分层递进教学组,采用分层递进式教学。比较2组学生理论、技能考试成绩,调查学生对教学方法的满意度,并评价教学效果。结果分层递进教学组学生理论、技能考试成绩高于传统教学组(P<0.05);对临床思维培训的满意度高于对照组(100%vs 75%);学生与教师互动人次、互动中回答问题的正确率高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论分层递进实习带教模式在临床血液、体液专业课程实习培训中体具有较明显优势,值得在临床教学中参考应用。Objective To explore the application value of hierarchical progressive teaching method in the practice training activities of clinical blood and body fluid courses for students majoring in medical laboratory technology.Methods From January 2023 to April 2023,eight students in the blood and body fluid group of the clinical laboratory of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University were selected as the traditional teaching group,and the traditional teaching method was adopted.From July 2023 to August 2023 and from November 2023 to December 2023,eight students in the internship rotation were in the hierarchical progressive teaching group,and the hierarchical progressive teaching was adopted.The theoretical and skill test scores of the two groups were compared,the students’satisfaction with the teaching methods was investigated,and the teaching effect was evaluated.Results The scores of theorical and skill examination in the hierarchical progressive teaching group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of clinical thinking training was higher than that of the control group(100%vs 75%).The number of interactions between students and teachers and the correct rate of answering questions in interaction were higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical progressive practice teaching mode has obvious advantages in the practice training of clinical blood and body fluid professional courses,which is worthy of reference and application in clinical teaching.
