摘　　要：以“立德树人”为目标,深入挖掘“酒类生产技术”课程中蕴含的文化价值和精神内涵,将课程思政融入其中,探索在传授专业知识的同时,提高学生能力和素养,为我国食品行业发展输送人才。In order to“strengthen moral education and cultivating people”as the goal,deeply excavate the cultural value and spiritual connotation of“wine production technology”course,integrate ideological and political courses into it,explore in the meantime to impart professional knowledge,improve the students'ability and literacy,for the development of our country's food industry.
