创业孵化平台孵化机制研究述评--基于CIMO模型的知识框架

摘　　要：新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入推进背景下,打造高质量创业孵化平台,对于培育新质生产力、促进高精尖产业发展至关重要。聚焦创业孵化平台这一新型创新主体,考虑创业孵化“全链条、全周期”特征,通过梳理1987—2023年发表在WoS和CNKI数据库中的文献,提炼并总结创业孵化平台孵化过程相关主题与理论视角,结合“情境—干预—机制—结果”CIMO模型构建系统分析框架。研究发现:①创业孵化平台孵化过程研究总体呈波动上升趋势,经历了萌芽期、差异化发展期、跨学科整合期3个发展阶段,国内发文数量明显低于国外;②研究主题主要包括运营评价、影响因素、孵化网络与要素流动、影响效应4个方面;③CIMO模型框架下,构建以“国家和区域、创业孵化平台要素类型”为情境、“常规措施和特殊措施”为干预措施、“资源编排、组织学习及价值共创”为运行机制、“软成果和硬成果”为结果的创业孵化平台孵化过程知识框架,并提出研究展望。In the current era,technological innovation has become an important engine driving global economic development.As important carriers of"stimulating technology entrepreneurship"and"promoting the transformation of technological achievements",entrepreneurship incubation platforms are increasingly receiving attention.At present,under the guidance of policies to promote innovation and entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship incubation activities in China are flourishing.Despite the rapid increase in the number of incubation institutions,the quality of incubation services is still barely satisfactory,with low efficiency and quality remaining challenges.The challenges faced include the heterogeneity of"aggregation-output"between space and talent,the ambiguity of internal value distribution,and the superficial collaboration between innovation entities,all of which hinder the functional realization of incubation institutions.How to improve the service quality of entrepreneurship incubation organizations and construct an effective incubation mechanism remains a key topic in the research on entrepreneurship incubation.Reviewing the relevant research on entrepreneurship incubation,it is not difficult to find that the form of entrepreneurship incubation organizations has evolved from the early concept of"incubators"to the current comprehensive"entrepreneurship incubation platforms",covering various incubation stages.The transformation from traditional incubators to platform organizations marks a profound change in the nature,process,mechanisms,and models of entrepreneurship incubation.This leads to the following challenges in the current research on entrepreneurship incubation:firstly,due to the diversity of entrepreneurship incubation organization types,research methods and perspectives are differentiated and fragmented,making it difficult to comprehensively compare the differences and similarities of incubation mechanisms;secondly,although existing studies have explored the incubation activities of different types of incubation o
