摘  要:离子交换膜制备是能源化工方向的重要内容。针对离子交换膜制备过程复杂、周期长且涉及大量昂贵精密仪器等特点,文章介绍了离子交换膜材料配方工艺探究虚拟仿真实验的设计和实施。该实验设置了膜的原料选择、配制、铸膜、成型及表征等训练内容,旨在帮助学生掌握膜的系统制备流程,提高独立思考能力和实践能力。该实验已在国家虚拟仿真实验教学课程共享平台上线,并获得了较好的评价。The ion exchange membrane preparation is an important pare of energy chemical engineering.It has complex process,long period,and involves expensive equipment.This paper introduces the design and implementation of a virtual simulation experiment of exploiting formula process of ion exchange membrane materials.It contains the training contents such as membrane material selection,dispensing,casting,molding,and characterization,aiming to help students understand the preparation process of membranes,and improve thinking and practical abilities.Good evaluation was achieved for this experiment during its running in the national virtual simulation experiment platform.
