摘　　要：研究生具有多样化和个性化的学习需求,在线课程能否满足这些需求是影响其在线学习投入度的关键要素。明晰研究生在线学习投入度类型有助于院校更具针对性地改善研究生在线学习体验,提高人才培养质量。通过对14名硕士研究生开展半结构式访谈,基于个人—组织匹配视角,以需求—供给匹配和一致性匹配为划分依据,对硕士研究生和在线课程的匹配程度进行分析,归纳出硕士研究生在线学习投入度的四种类型:理想型、冲突型、表层型和消极型。研究建议教师提升在线课程感知价值,创设包容性在线学习环境,平衡教师监管与学生自主发展。Postgraduates have diversified and personalized learning needs,and whether online courses can meet their needs is a key factor affecting their online learning engagement.Clarifying the types of online learning engagement of postgraduates can help colleges and universities improve postgraduates'online learning experience and enhance the quality of talent training.Through semi-structured interviews with 14 postgraduates,based on need-supply fit,and consistency fit,it analyzed the fit degree between postgraduates and online course from the perspective of person-organization fit.Four types of postgraduates'online learning engagement are summarized:ideal,conflict,surface and negative.It is suggested that teachers enhance the perceived value of online courses,create an inclusive online learning environment,and balance teacher supervision and students'independent development.
