摘 要:董仲舒是汉代著名的儒家学者,在汉代国家治理思想发展史上有承上启下的重要地位。他继承以往国家治理的思想,将儒经作为治国理政的核心经典,并以阴阳五行学说为指导思想,重新解释了六经,建构了以天人合一为思维模式的新儒学及国家治理思想体系。这样一来,董仲舒之学很好地为汉王朝政权的合理性、合法性作了解释与论证,并就当时汉王朝所面临的一些问题,提出了一系列应对思想与方法。可以说,董仲舒立足国家治理,通过经学解释的形式建构了全新的儒学思想体系,完成了先秦以来经学范式的转化、儒家治国之道的重构,这不仅推动了两汉时期中国经学的传承与发展,更是为汉代国家治理提供了全新的思想与实践指引。Dong Zhongshu was a renowned Confucian scholar in the Han Dynasty,occupying a pivotal position in the development of state governance thought in the Han Dynasty.He inherited the previous ideas of state governance,regarded Confucian classics as the core texts of governance for administering the country,and reinterpreted the Six Classics under the guidance of the theory of yin-yang and the five elements.He constructed a new Confucianism and a state governance ideology system based on the thinking mode of the unity of heaven and man.In this way,his theory not only provided a good explanation and justification for the rationality and legitimacy of the Han Dynasty’s regime,but also put forward a series of ideas and methods to address some of the issues faced by the Han Dynasty at that time.It can be said that based on state governance,Dong Zhongshu constructed a brand-new Confucian ideological system through the interpretation of Confucian classics,and completed the transformation of the paradigm of Confucian classics since the pre-Qin period and the reconstruction of the Confucian way of governing the country.This not only promoted the inheritance and development of Chinese classics in the Han Dynasty,but also provided new ideological and practical guidance for the state governance of the Han Dynasty.
